The idea of Ticket it is to provide a high quality supported helpdesk to companies who need to organise incomming work and to track queries, questions and problems from customers who they've specifically given access to the system too. We began developing this system for I.T. companies who deal with I.T. support but we soon found their were many more uses for the software than we initially thought.

Ticket it can be used by any process driven company, maybe for managers to leave questions for their managers, maybe to keep customers informed of progress on a job, or to take new orders from existing clients for a product.
